My name is Ana Ilie, and I work in Human Performance and Execution.

I help professionals and organizations fix the gap between clarity and execution, so results become predictable rather than dependent on motivation, pressure, or burnout. My work is grounded in a cause-and-effect approach to performance: when people understand what creates results—and apply those causes consistently—execution stabilizes and outcomes improve.

19 years in the Corporate world

I bring over 19 years of experience in the corporate environment, across roles focused on delivery, leadership, and execution. My background includes positions such as Subject Matter Expert, Business Process Analyst, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Product Manager, working with organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Vodafone, Ericsson, and others. Most of my experience sits at the intersection of IT, Telecommunications, Internet of Things, and Cybersecurity, where clarity, prioritization, and execution under pressure are critical.

Hands-on Agile experience

I am a strong advocate of Agile frameworks and methodologies, which I use as practical systems for translating strategy into execution.
